Launched in June 2020, 10K Together is a division of our company dedicated to supporting social justice causes related to race, gender, sexuality, disability, economic status, and more. This initiative will begin by empowering the Black community, both within and outside of the music industry. Over the next 5 years, 10K Together has pledged $500,000 to making a sustained impact in three distinct ways:
Donations
10K Together will donate to charities whose mission is to financially support different areas of the Black community. Our first donation has gone to Color of Change, the nation’s largest online racial justice organization. We will continue to research and donate to organizations that support justice for the Black community.
Internship Program
10K Together will create and finance paid internship programs to educate and mentor Black youth. Through these programs, we aim to teach students professional skills, inform them on possible career paths in the music business, and provide them with the opportunities to embark on said career paths.
Black-owned Businesses
10K Together commits to SUPPORTING local, Black-owned businesses in Los Angeles, where the company is headquartered. From manufacturing promotional items for artists, to hiring more Black creatives, we will make it our priority to seek out and work with Black-owned businesses.
